Tariff Details and Booking Conditions

 

Weekly Rates are £350 - £450 depending on the season.

Short breaks (if available) approx £60 - £80 per flat per night. Price depends on the number of people, duration of stay and the season. During quieter times of the year both apartments are available for long weekend or short breaks.

All linen and electricity included.

Special off-season reductions may be available for a larger number of days. Please enquire for prices.
B& B may be available. Rooms are also available without breakfast.

TERMS:

Deposit: 1/3 deposit of the total rental is due on booking. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
Balance: Payable 1 month before arrival. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that the balance is paid on time. If not received within 1 week of the due date the deposit will be forfeited and we will be free to rebook the property.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation all monies will be forfeited, therefore we recommend that cancellation insurance be arranged by you if necessary.

Smoking:  Please note that Arkland flats are strictly non-smoking (now law and part of our Fire Risk Assessment).  Please ensure that any cigarette butts or other waste does not litter any area around Arkland self-catering building.
